This class is a whole new level of relaxation and mindfulness. Using therapeutic essential oils to release tension and support your bodies natural healing process.

Never been to an essential oil yoga class before?
You arrive to the sweetest smelling place to be rejuvenated.
There is soft background music, you apply oils to replenish your energy and breathe deeply, you are part of a circle and every so often as you relax into a pose the instructor comes along to massage your neck, your back, your forehead and maybe even your feet…
After stretching and releasing tension you slip into the deepest Savasana ever to the soothing sounds of the instructor leading your body to relax and the gentle massage on your shoulders and forehead with relaxing oils.
