Yoga Music for Tweens

September 21, 20132 min read

Finding yoga music to appeal to the mid school age crowd can be challenging, so how do you appeal to this age where music is so important. They love the current hits but only for such a brief time – by the time I get it downloaded and figure out where it fits they have moved onto something else. The biggest hits that get played on the radio all the time get old really fast. So how do you stay “hip” but not break the bank and date yourself too quickly?

Here are some of my favourites to play for the age range 9 – 12. These are all great picks for in a yoga class or in the classroom.
