Six week pre-season series

Tuesdays (Feb 3, 10, 24, Mar 3, 17, 24)

Wednesdays (Feb 11, 18, 25, Mar 11, 18, 25)

No previous yoga experience is needed.

All props are provided if needed.

Class space is limited to ensure everyone has enough space and personal attention.

Golf SIMS are available for use after the Tuesday class.

Special Ladies Day Rate - $20

Can’t make every class? No problem.

If you’re away or can’t attend all five weeks, single-class passes are available so you only pay for the classes you can attend.

Tuesday Classes

NW Calgary - Hamptons Golf Course

3:30 - 4:30 PM - FULL

6:30 - 7:30 PM - 1 Spot left

Wednesday Classes

SW Calgary - Meadowlark Park Hall

4:30 - 5:30 PM - 5 spots left

6:00 - 7:00 PM - 4 spots left

Cost: $132 + GST

Min class size - 6 participants

"Golf Yoga" is primarily functional movement - so if this is your first yoga experience - don't worry! These classes are welcoming for the beginner yoga plus and provides lots of tips for experienced yogis too.

Come away from the series with warm-up golf flexibility exercises to use all season long for your golf flexibility program and your golf mental game!
