Five week pre-season series

Tuesdays (Feb 25, Mar 11, 18, April 1,8)

Thursdays (Mar 13,20,27, April 3, 10)

No previous yoga experience is needed.

All props are provided if needed.

Class space is limited to ensure everyone has enough space and personal attention.

Golf SIMS are available for use after the class.

Special Ladies Day Rate - $20.

New Feature this year - you can pay for a single class pass (or several) if you are going to be missing a couple of classes - this is a more economical option.

3:30 - 4:30 PM - FULL

6:30 - 7:30 PM - 4 spots left

Thursday Classes

SW Calgary - Meadowlark Park Hall

4:30 - 5:30 PM - 5 spots left

6:00 - 7:00 PM

Cost: $110+ GST

Min class size - 6 participants

"Golf Yoga" is primarily functional movement - so if this is your first yoga experience - don't worry! These classes are welcoming for the beginner yoga plus and provides lots of tips for experienced yogis too.

Come away from the series with warm-up golf flexibility exercises to use all season long for your golf flexibility program and your golf mental game!
