What happens if I can’t make the live support calls?
We have mamas, grandmamas, teachers, professional working women and natural health practitioners, all looking to shift into healthier habits while still living in the midst of the messiness.
So, when you can’t make a call or any of the calls…..we get it.
The calls are recorded and added to the community hub so you can catch up on your schedule. You can always post questions or comments in the community group any time of day or night.

Fall recipes are warm, spiced and nourishing, our goal is to replenish your body with seasonal yumminess!
Most of the meal choices are very family friendly. There is a lasagne recipe - my kids ask for even when its not "cleanse time".
Depending on what you choose and how picky your family is - there are easy optional add-ons but most of the meals will pass the family test!
Not to worry if you want to start learning a few basic yoga moves and introduce them into your own daily routine, that’s great!
If you have another way of adding a little movement to your day - perfect. It’s about letting go of “should’s” not adding more!
Our 10 day cleanse has essential oil suggestions - but they are not required.
If you are familiar with oils and natural supplements - there are recommendations in the cleanse on how to take your experience deeper.
